PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryogenics treatment method usable at minus temperatures, which realizes the challenge to speed up in skate blade edges and cutters, countermeasures for further prolonged lives such as abrasion resistance, seizure resistance, and galling resistance in e.g., die molds, and durability in bearing steels in view of the fact that various materials are heat-treated at plus temperatures, the heat treatment in stress relieving is performed at plus temperatures, which inevitably eventuates in product deformation.SOLUTION: An ultra-cryogenics treatment realizes finer structure of iron steel and a nonferrous metal for skate blade edges, cutters, bearings, etc., to improve slipperiness and electroconductivity, so that applications thereof are widened and improved. |
