PURPOSE: A method for treating an electric furnace oxidizing slag suitable for a concrete aggregate is provided to prevent crack according to volume change by stabilizing immersion expansibility of the electric furnace oxidizing slag. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating an electric furnace oxidizing slag suitable for a concrete aggregate comprises the steps of: crushing electric furnace oxidizing slag; removing magnetic substances within electric furnace oxidizing slag by selecting the crushed electric furnace oxidizing slag; classifying the oxidizing slag by a particle size; and modifying the classified electric furnace oxidizing slag using steam and exhaust gas containing CO2.
