The plate (1) has cylindrical retaining bolts (2) whose base regions are inserted into slots, where material of the plate is pressed against bolt bases or over the bolt bases such that the bolts are connected with the support plate. The retaining bolts are made of brass, where the plate is made of steel. Collars or parts forming the collars are placed at a base sided end of the retaining bolts, where diameter of the slots corresponds to diameter of the collar. The collar is conically tapered at an edge that faces towards the bolts.
