SYNTHESIS METHOD OF (+)-DISPARLURE, ITS ENANTIOMER AND TRANS-ISOMER

PURPOSE: A method for preparing (+)-disparlure and mirror image isomer and trans-isomer thereof is provided to improve yield of sex hormone and to reduce cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing (+)-disparlure comprises: a stepd of reacting dodecane aldehyde and nitrobenzene under the presence of D-proline catalyst; a step of reacting with aryl halide to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1a; a step of performing cross double decomposition of the compound of chemical formula 1a with 4-methyl-1-pentene using Grubbs catalyst to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1b; a step of adding hydrogen to the compound of chemical formula 1b under the presence of palladium/carbon catalyst to obtain a compound of chemical formula 1c; and a step of sequentially reacting the compound of chemical formula 1c with triethyl acetate, trimethyl silyl chloride and potassium hydroxide.
