<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force transmitting device which collects the leaked oil from a hydraulic actuator which works a dry clutch, and easily setting a leaked oil collecting passage to return the oil to a transmission. <P>SOLUTION: The driving force transmitting device includes the multi-disc dry type clutch 7, a slave cylinder 8 installed in a position adjacent to the transmission 4, a piston arm 83 installed in a position between the piston 82 of the slave cylinder 8 and the multi-disc dry type clutch 7, resilient partitioning members 88 and 89 to shut off the leaked oil from a sliding part of the piston arm 83 to the multi-disc dry type clutch 7, a first seal member 13 installed in a position closer to the downstream in the leaked oil flowing direction than the partitioning members 88 and 89, and a first oil collecting passage 15 in which a gap formed between a cylinder housing 81 and a clutch cover 6 is used as part of the collecting route, and through which at least the leaked oil from the sliding part of the piston 82 is put in communication into the transmission 4 while a sealed condition relative to the partitioning members 88 and 89 is kept by the first seal member 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
