<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an induction heating cooker capable of accurately detecting a temperature at a high-temperature part under a side face of a pan 90 even if an angle of view of a light-receiving element is not satisfied with a prospective angle at the high temperature part. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooker is provided with an infrared sensor 60 including a high-temperature part of a pan 90, and equipped with a detection element array 62 having a plurality of detection elements receiving infrared rays emitted from the pan 90 and a plate 20 arrayed in a longitudinal direction, a high-temperature part judging part 82 judging a position of a high-temperature part Y in a detection region X based on an output value from the plurality of detection elements, a distance calculating part 83 calculating a distance from the detection element array 62 to the high-temperature part Y, a prospective angle calculation part 85 calculating a prospective angleθof the high-temperature part Y, and a temperature correcting part 86 correcting the output value of the detection element which detects the most high temperature among the plurality of detection elements to detect the temperature of the high-temperature part Y. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
