<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for separating foreign matter from laver mixture liquid solving the following problems: in a conventional operation of charging and draining sea water while a lot of raw laver remains in a tank, the raw laver is left in drained water in large quantity and thereby an amount of raw laver discharged in a single drainage is equivalent to 2-3 sheets of dried laver and accounts for about 1 wt.% of the production volume of the dried laver, so that such wasteful disposal of the raw laver heads for reduction in economical efficiency and leaves trouble for recovery of the wasted laver and/or effective utilization of the raw laver outstanding. <P>SOLUTION: The device for separating foreign matters from laver mixture liquid is structured as follows: disposing a porous frame plate to an outer enclosure tank provided with a water-level adjusting pipe so as to form a mixture liquid tank; setting up a water-level sensor, a raw-laver supplying pipe and a water supply pipe to the mixture liquid tank; setting up a circular frame plate part and a foreign matter discharging port to the mixture tank; disposing a freely rotatable rotary plate provided with a protruding ceiling surface having an almost bowl shape, a hat shape or the like to a selection ring of the circular frame plate part so as to overlap with each other to form a gap for selection using the selection ring and the rotary plate; and disposing a selection casing provided with a raw-laver discharging pipe at the lower side of the selection ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
