BEARING INNER·OUTER RACE HEAT TREATMENT HARDNESS AND DIMENSION INSPECTION APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A method for inspecting heat treatment hardness and dimension of the inner and outer races of a bearing is provided to rapidly perform inspection by continuously inspecting the heat treatment hardness about the inner and outer races of the bearing. CONSTITUTION: A loader(1) supplies an object. The object supplied from the loader is transferred through a conveyor(3). A transfer passes the object transferred by the conveyor through the upper side of a demagnetizer(5). A heat treatment hardness inspecting device(7) inspects the hardness of the object by using a high frequency. An outer race measuring device measures the outer race of the object transferred from the heat treatment hardness inspecting device. A width measuring device(9) measures the width of the object transferred by the outer race measuring device.
