PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for system reconstruction. SOLUTION: Data on a biochemical pathway specific to an organism and a tissue, a genome sequence, condition gene expression, and gene polymorphism are integrated to clinical symptom and other clinical evidences of a disease. As a result, a mutual connection function pathway network (functional or system model) is constructed, and each element is linked to a proper molecular data (ORF, EST, SNP, etc.) and annotated with relating clinical information.
