<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antioxidant having excellent antioxidant action and high safety, an anti-inflammatory agent having excellent anti-inflammatory action and high safety, an anti-aging agent having excellent anti-aging action and high safety, and a skin cosmetic and a food and drink each utilizing at least any one of the antioxidant, the anti-inflammatory agent, and the anti-aging agent. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an antioxidant, an anti-inflammatory agent, and an anti-aging agent each containing an extract of Sappan wood (Caesalpinia sappan) and a skin cosmetic and a food and drink each containing a least any one of the antioxidant, the anti-inflammatory, and the anti-aging agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
