<p>An operation maintenance system and a method for a network access device are disclosed. The system includes: an interface unit extraction processing module, which is utilized for hiding the user service list item information when a first interface unit is extracted; an interface unit insertion processing module, which is utilized for recovering the user service list item information hidden by the first interface unit extraction processing module when a second interface unit is inserted, simulating and structuring the on-line process of a user. The system can realize automatic hiding and automatic recovering functions of the user service list item information with low disposition cost when the interface unit is hot plugged, and realize the insensitivity of the terminal user to the replacement operation of the interface unit of the network access device so that the terminal user can automatically recover the service without redialing or restarting a client terminal.</p> |
