PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for an organism-enclosed bioreactor to suppress diffusion of enclosed organisms from a reaction system of the bioreactor to outside of the system while facilitating inward and outward transfer of materials of the bioreactor by controlling the size of the inner space of a porous structure, and to provide the organism-enclosed bioreactor and a method for producing the bioreactor. SOLUTION: The porous structure 106 having porous cavities 103 formed by removal of a first dissolution material and a space inside the porous cavities formed by removal of a space-forming material is produced by mixing the first dissolution material 120 and a resin material 100 in such a manner that the maximum diameter of a contacting part of particles which are soluble afterward to be smaller than the body length of the organism to be enclosed, forming an enclosing structure 102 by covering a circumference of the space-forming material 130 for forming the space 104 and soluble afterward with the outer mixture obtained by the former step, and dissolving the first soluble material and the space-forming material of the enclosing structure 102.
