PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump of improved output by increasing a discharge flow in a range of load pressure lower than load pressure providing maximum output in a micro pump provided with a conduit element generating inertia effect of fluid right after a discharge side of a pump chamber instead of a check valve. SOLUTION: A pump 10 includes the pump chamber 90 whose volume can be varied by a diaphragm 50, an inlet channel 32 making working fluid flow in the pump chamber 90, an outlet channel 22 making the working fluid flow out from the pump chamber 90, and a first fluid resistance element 40 between the inlet channel 32 and the pump chamber 90. A connection channel 28 leading the working fluid without passing through the first fluid resistance element 40 is provided to merge with the outlet channel 22. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
