PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector that can be easily attached to an attaching part without using any adhesive double coated tape. SOLUTION: The protector 14 is placed between a trunk lid 12 of a vehicle 11 and a rear spoiler 13 fixed to the trunk lid 12 and is constituted by an elastic member having a protrusion 14b that can be fitted into a concave groove 15 arranged at the rear spoiler 13.
