PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining a precast beam, which enables the precast beam to be easily joined to an existing column and an existing beam. SOLUTION: This method for joining the precast beam 10 includes: a step of placing the precast beam 10 on the top surface of the existing column by lowering the precast beam 10 from above the existing column in the state of housing a splice reinforcement 50 in a hole 13 which is formed in the joint surface 12 of the precast beam 10, and of making the joint surface 12 of the precast beam 10 and a joint surface 32 of the existing precast beam 30 face each other; a step of making the splice reinforcement 50 annexed to a beam main reinforcement 11 of the precast beam 10 and a beam main reinforcement 31 of the existing precast beam 30 by pulling out the splice reinforcement 50 from the hole 13 of the precast beam 10; and a step of infilling grout G into the hole 13 of the precast beam 10 and the hole 33 of the existing beam 30.
