PURPOSE: A bus plate for a junction box and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent compressed plates from becoming misaligned in a following punching process, since stopping projections are formed on four corners of a plate surface. CONSTITUTION: A bus plate for a junction box comprises first and second layers(10,20) and a tin coating material. The first layer is formed of aluminum or alloy. The second level is laminated on the front and rear surfaces of the first layer. The second layer is formed of copper or alloy. The coating material plates the outside of the second layer.
