HYDROGEN GAS SUPPLY DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen gas supply device capable of keeping pressure in a sub-hydrogen storage container in fixed pressure or lower without discharging hydrogen from the sub-hydrogen storage container to the outside even if hydrogen in a main hydrogen storage container is filled at a full ratio.

SOLUTION: The hydrogen gas supply device 10 is provided with a pressure accumulation tank 20, and the pressure accumulation tank 20 is connected to the pressure accumulation tank 20 via a part of the third supply passage 23 and the fourth supply passage 24. A relief valve 25 is provided further in the fourth supply passage 24. The relief valve 25 is opened when pressure in a sub-cylinder 12a exceeds preset pressure, and hydrogen in the sub-cylinder 12a is discharged to the pressure accumulation tank 20 via part of the third supply passage 23 and the fourth supply passage 24.
