PURPOSE:To manufacture an ink jet head which has a stable ink flying property at a high density by processing channel forming member easily at multistep depths. CONSTITUTION:After forming a first photosensitive resin layer 601 and second photosensitive resin layer 602 on an article to be processed 520 for a channel forming member of an ink jet head, a high energy beam is irradiated on the resin material to process the channel forming member. |
