PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for bleaching in an ECF (elementary chlorine free)-bleaching of using an inorganic peroxy acid, improving the discoloration of bleached pulp, and also having a less use amount of chlorine dioxide by improving the hexeneuronic acid-removing function of the inorganic peroxy acid. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ECF-bleached pulp by performing multiple stages of bleaching treatment comprising the alkaline oxygen bleach-treatment of un-bleached pulp obtained by steam-digesting a lignocellulose material and then a treating stage of using the inorganic peroxy acid is characterized by adding≥1 kind of compounds selected from the group consisting of lignin, a lignin derivative, 2-methoxyphenol, 3-methoxyphenol, 4-methoxyphenol, 5-amino-methoxyphenol, muconic acid, 2,5-dimethyl-2,4-hexadienedioic acid and their oxides by at least 0.01 mass% per absolute dried pulp to the treating stage of using the inorganic peroxy acid.
