PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a tablet sealed in a tablet sealing sheet without a projecting part. SOLUTION: The tablet unwrapping device 10 includes a sheet holding plate 20 with a tablet penetrating hole 22 through which a tablet can pass, and a pressure cylinder 30 having a projection and a recess on the bottom face. When the tablet is taken out, the projection presses the tablet sealing sheet by pressing the pressure cylinder, and at least part of the pressed face penetrates into the tablet penetrating hole 22. At the time, part of the tablet sealing sheet is cut by the inner edge of the tablet penetrating hole 22 and the outer edge of the pressure cylinder 30, and the tablet is taken out.
