PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly composition for shock-absorbing yellow soil pavement is provided to minimize the production of carbon disulfide from rubber chip, thereby preventing atopy, rhinitis, asthma etc. of pedestrians or bicycle riders. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly composition for shock-absorbing yellow soil pavement comprises active yellow soil 15~20weight%, white cement 3~7 weight%, fine silica 5~10 weight%, antimicrobial agent-coated waste rubber chip powder 4~8 weight%, basalt 1~2 weight%, waste ceramics 2~3weight%, nano-capsules containing plant flavor extract 0.1~0.2 weight%, rosin-coated wood chips 1~2 weight%, a resin containing fragrant grass, agar extract and water-soluble acryl urethane 25~35 weight%, ferric oxide 5~10 weight%, an antimicrobial agent of nanosilver powder 0.1~0.3 weight%, a UV blocking agent 1~1.5 weight%, a deterioration-preventing agent 2~3 weight%, tourmaline 0.2~0.5 weight%, and water 20~25 weight%.
