PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device having a fine diameter and high cooling capability and applied to a fine-diameter tubular device such as an endoscope. SOLUTION: The cooling device includes: a first refrigerant supply tube where a first refrigerant for cooling a member to be cooled flows; a second refrigerant supply tube disposed along the first refrigerant supply tube, where a second refrigerant which is a gas flows; and an extrapolated tube in which a partial area of the first refrigerant supply tube and the second refrigerant supply tube are inserted. In the second refrigerant supply tube, the passage diameter in the vicinity of the tip is smaller than that in the other part, and the second refrigerant flowing out from the tip of the second refrigerant supply tube flows backward in the second refrigerant supply tube in the extrapolated tube to thereby cool the first refrigerant in the first refrigerant supply tube.
