PURPOSE: A table equipped with a folding chair is provided, which prevents generation of friction noise and increases the life time by reducing abrasion of parts. CONSTITUTION: A table equipped with a folding chair comprises: a table which is comprised of a plurality of perpendicular and horizontal frames and an upper plate; a chair in which a seat plate and legs are formed; a connection part(22) which is combined with the perpendicular frame; a housing(20) in which a rotary part with bearings is formed; a link frame(30) horizontally expanded from the chair leg; a rotary shaft bolt(40) connecting the link frame and inner bearing ring; and a pivot connector which interlinks the table and chair.
