A system for sharing resources over IMS (IP Multimedia System) in Next Generation Networks (NGN), wherein said IMS provides an infrastructure allowing for dynamic registration of resources on mobile devices as well as recognition of said mobile devices capabilities and user-identification, and wherein means are provided for managing resources connected to said IMS for virtual organizations according to the Grid concepts, is characterized in that a personalized resource Grid aggregation layer for adhoc end-user and/or service resources is provided. Furthermore, a corresponding system is disclosed.
