The present invention relates to an embankment structure for improving the quality of water. The embankment structure facilitates the drainage to embankment drainage pipe and improves the quality of a river after a reservoir by effectively processing suspended solids from the reservoir. The present invention mainly filters a large volume of the suspension solids flowing into the embankment drainage pipe (100) in the reservoir, filters a small volume of the suspended solids in a purification equipment (300), and discharges the purified water to the river, thereby more smoothly operating the purification equipment (300) and improving the efficiency of the drainage.
