<p>A group of coils for electromagnetic applications being wound with rectangular cross section conductors. These coils have been made out of a continuous predefined single length (AZ) of a ribbon conductor or a plurality of ribbon conductors piled together in a stack, wherein the continuous conductor predefined length (AZ) is parted in to a number (n) of portions which will be wound in order to create several (n) coils, these ribbon- conductors and -conductor stacks (1,3), which may or may not be insulated, are placed parallel to each other prior to the winding process and will be wound together so that a winding results which is composed of at least two coils without joints between them.</p> |
