PURPOSE: A device for controlling a train is provided to sense the number of passengers to display the number of empty seats of each train through a display unit, thereby increasing convenience of the passenger. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling a train includes a seat sensor(18), a separate control unit, and a display unit(53). The seat sensor senses whether a seated passenger exists in a train. The separate control unit receives data for the number of sensed seated passengers. The separate control unit calculates the number of empty seats by the data. The display unit displays the number of calculated empty seats. |
