PURPOSE: A fixed capacity supply device for a combustibility waste is provided to continuously supply a regular amount of wastes to a conveyor belt and tear off a waste pack well before inputting the wastes. CONSTITUTION: A fixed capacity supply device for a combustibility waste transfers wastes inputted into a guide plate through a first conveyor belt(140) and prevents the large amount of waste from being discharged by rotating a cam(130). The device enables continuous waste discharge operation by using the driving force of a main motor(40), and allows first and second fly-wheels and a cam(130) to perform accurate and continuous driving operation.
