<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire reducing rolling resistance. <P>SOLUTION: An inclination belt layer 3 of at least one layer in which a large number of cords extending toward a direction inclined relative to an equator plane of the tire are covered by a rubber is arranged at an outer side in a radial direction of a crown part of a carcass 2 making the carcass 2 troidally laid between a pair of beads as a skeleton.
