PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat for vehicle to be mounted in the vehicle such as an automobile or the like having excellent operation performance. SOLUTION: This seat 1 for vehicle includes a slide amount regulation mechanism 5 for restraining backward slide of a seat cushion 2 to the predetermined position when a seat back 3 tilts from a use position to a front inclination position for the seat cushion 2. The slide amount regulation mechanism 5 has a first link 7 attached to a seat cushion 2 side rotatably, a second link 8 attached to the first link 7 rotatably, and a rotation regulation part for regulating rotation of the second link 8 for the first link 7. When the seat back 3 is inclined from the use position to the front inclination position, the first link 7 is rotated from an evacuation position to an operation position. When the second link 8 hits a stopper 9 from behind, it is rotated for the first link 7, and when the second link 8 hits the stopper 9 from front, its rotation is regulated by the rotation regulation part and the first link 7.
