PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine control device capable of quickly detecting a phase failure.

SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine control device 40 includes: a phase current acquisition processing unit 42 for acquiring a current of each phase of a rotary electric machine; a minimum threshold decision processing unit 44 for determining whether a current value equal to or less than the minimum threshold is continuously detected at least for the number of times of the threshold of the number of samplings for each phase current, and for determining that the phase has a possibility of a phase failure when there is a phase that is detected continuously at least for the number of times of the threshold of the number of samplings; the maximum threshold decision processing unit 46 for determining whether a current value exceeding the maximum threshold is acquired for the current value of a phase except the phase having a possibility of phase failure when it is determined that the phase has a possibility of a phase failure; and a phase failure decision processing unit 48 for determining that the phase having a possibility of a phase failure suffers from a phase failure when any phase with a current value exceeding the maximum threshold is included in phases other than the phase having a possibility of a phase failure.
