Perorally administrable solid drug comprises a porous matrix made of a material insoluble or poorly soluble in the digestive tract, in which at least a pharmaceutically acceptable active agent is dissolved, emulsified, suspended or molecularly dispersed. The pores of the porous matrix are clogged with a material, which is soluble in the digestive tract. An independent claim is also included for preparing the drug, comprising producing a granule material from the melt of a wax or a wax-like substance, in which a pharmaceutical active agent and optionally other ingredients are dissolved, emulsified, suspended or otherwise molecularly dispersed, then mixing the granules with the material to clog the pores, which are present as solid materials and compressing the resulting mixture into molded bodies.
