<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell capable of extending a period to maintain an initial rated output power while controlling increase in the running cost. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel cell (1) comprises a fuel cell module (2) having a plurality of solid electrolyte fuel battery cells, a fuel supply device (38), an oxidant gas supply device (45), and a controller (110) to control the fuel supply amount. The controller is provided with a deterioration determination circuit (110a) to determine deterioration and a fuel correction circuit (110b) to correct the fuel supply amount based on the deterioration determination. The fuel correction circuit carries out correction so as to maintain the rated output power when it is determined that the fuel cell module is deteriorated, and when a prescribed correction switching condition is satisfied, the fuel correction circuit carries out correction to reduce the rated output power of the fuel cell module. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
