PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve attaching/detaching device for a compressor, reducing burden or risk of a worker, in work of attaching/detaching a valve to/from a cylinder. SOLUTION: The valve attaching/detaching device D for a compressor is used for attaching/detaching the valve to/from the compressor from underside of the compressor, by moving up/down the valve. The valve attaching/detaching device D includes: a valve retaining part 26 retaining the valve; an elevating part 32 moving up/down an upper support part 76 supporting the valve retaining part 26; a lower horizontal movement part 34 attached on a mounting face on which the compressor is horizontally movably mounted to support the elevating part 32; an oscillating part 28 interposed between the valve retaining part 26 and the elevating part 32 to oscillatably support the valve retaining part 26; and an upper horizontal movement part 30 interposed between the valve retaining part 26 and the elevating part 32 to horizontally movably support the oscillating part 28.
