PURPOSE: A small seismic isolating device with a multi-damping function is provided to improve stability and durability of a structure with a bridge by appropriately dispersing and absorbing energy. CONSTITUTION: A small seismic isolating device with a multi-damping function comprises an operation unit(10) and steel dampers(20). The operation unit is slidably installed between a lower plate(30) and an upper plate(40). The lower plate is fixed to the top end of a pier of a bridge. The upper plate is fixed to the top plate of the bridge. The steel dampers are coupled to the operation unit and absorb a load applied to the pier. |
