PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for continuously estimating fresh properties of ordinary concrete with sufficient accuracy. SOLUTION: The method for estimating the properties of the ordinary concrete includes the steps of pouring fresh ordinary concrete C into a hopper 13 of a concrete pump 1, and estimating the fresh properties of the ordinary concrete based on a hydraulic pressure p3 of a stirring hydraulic motor 35 associated with rotation of stirring blades 15 stirring the fresh concrete C in the hopper 13, and a rotation frequency r3 of the stirring blades 15.
