PURPOSE: An emulsification reduction of the plastic is provided to respectively control the space temperature corresponding to the lower coil and space corresponding to the upper coil according to the volume of the plastic accepted to the melting path. CONSTITUTION: An emulsification reduction of the plastic includes a melting path(120), an outer container(110), a control circuit(140), an upper temperature sensor(116), a lower temperature sensor(118). The melting path has acceptance space inside and can be sealed by the upper cover. The outer container accepts the melting path and has a coil which vents the heat inside is installed. The control coil respectively and independently supplies current to the upper coil installed inside upper part of the outer container and the lower coil installed to the lower part of the upper coil. The upper temperature sensor measures the temperature of inside space of the melting path which is surrounded by the upper coil. The lower temperature sensor measures the temperature of inside space of melting path which is surrounded by the lower coil. The melting path is arranged separately from inside surface of the outer container. |
