PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition which contains phosphorus-free flame retardant(s), has excellent impact resistance, excellent heat resistance as well as excellent moldability, and can satisfy a severe flame retardancy level. SOLUTION: The flame-retardant polycarbonate resin composition includes (A) 100 pts.wt. of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of an aromatic sulfonic acid metal salt, (C) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a fluorinated polyolefin, and (D) 0.2-20 pts.wt. of a diene-containing multilayered polymer, wherein the content of a phosphorus-containing flame retardant is less than 0.5 pts.wt.
