PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package capable of decreasing a waste in picking up a packaging material. SOLUTION: The package P is a body 1 accommodating a wet or dry sheet and having an opening for the sheet to be taken out through. The body 1 includes a vertical seal part 12 made by sealing the packaging material to each other, and lateral seal parts 13 and 13 made by sealing the packaging materials to each other at the position spaced apart in the extending direction of the vertical seal part 12. There is formed on the vertical margin 12a of one of the vertical packaging materials of the vertical seal part 12 an overhang part 12A overhanging from the vertical margin 12b of another packaging material. The vertical margin 12a of the overhang part 12A is mounted along the whole vertical margin 12b of another packaging material.
