ZINC SALT DERIVATIVE MICROCAPSULE FOR RUST INHIBITING PIGMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A zinc salt derivative microcapsule for an anticorrosive pigment, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the durability and the oxidation resistance of the anticorrosive pigment, and to prevent corrosion factors for reaching the surface of a metal. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a zinc salt derivative microcapsule for an anticorrosive pigment comprises the following steps: forming an ion exchanger solution of zinc salt, containing dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid dissolved to a solvent; forming a sulfate zinc salt solution by melting 2~20wt% of sulfate zinc to 80~99wt% of solvent; mixing 15~75wt% of ion exchanger solution and 25~85wt% of sulfate zinc salt solution, and separating an organic layer from a water layer, while maintaining the pH into 1~5, to form a zinc salt derivative; emulsifying the zinc salt derivative by mixing with a solution melted with a surfactant; and adding a synthetic resin to form an outer wall to the derivative, for micro-encapsulating the derivative.
