<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery printing apparatus capable of processing a rate of solar battery printing and narrowing the occupancy of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar battery printing apparatus, an electrode is printed on one side of a wafer by printing parts 30a, 30b containing a rotator having four adsorbing parts for adsorbing the wafer supplied from a supplying part 10 and a screen printing machine; the printed electrode is dried by a drying oven 50a; after inverting the top and bottom faces of the wafer in which the electrode has been dried by an inverting part 60, a thin film is printed on the wafer by printing parts 30c, 30d containing a rotator having four adsorbing parts and a screen printing machine; the printed thin film is dried in a drying oven 50b; an electrode is printed on a face, other than the face on which the thin film is dried by printing parts 30e, 30f containing a rotator having four adsorbing parts and a screen printing machine; and the printed electrode is dried by a drying oven 50c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
