PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil member for a reactor that can decrease the number of components; and to provide the reactor using the coil member. SOLUTION: The coil member 20 is used for the reactor having an annular magnetic core 10 having a pair of coil winding parts, and a pair of coil elements disposed at outer peripheries of both the coil winding parts 10c. The coil member 20 includes a pair of division bodies 20D which are arranged in parallel. Each of the division bodies 20D has a coil element formed by spirally winding a winding wire, and a primary resin part 20p covering at least a portion of the winding line, constituting the coil element, other than both ends thereof to hold the shape of the coil element.
