PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which can suppress an invasion of a foreign material and an increase of a constitution, and which can improve a degree of freedom in designing an opening sound hole. SOLUTION: A decorative laminate having a second penetrating hole is fixed to an exterior surface of a case, so that a portion of an opening site of an exterior surface side in a first penetrating hole may be covered and all of the area of the second penetrating hole may be located on the opening site of the exterior surface side in the first penetrating hole. The case includes an exterior surface and an inner surface, a base portion having a portion of the first penetrating hole, and a facing portion which is the inner surface of the base portion and extends from a site facing and sandwiching the site of the decorative laminate located on the opening site of the first penetrating hole and the opening site in a direction along the exterior surface, and has the residual part of the first penetrating hole. The facing portion is set to face all the area of the second penetrating hole. Thus, in an opening sound hole including the first and second penetrating hole, an opening area is made the smallest at the part of the second penetrating hole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
