PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present details of preferences of other users in an easily recognized manner. SOLUTION: An evaluation information extracting unit 33 extracts evaluation information from evaluation of each user for an item. A preference information creating unit 39 creates preference information indicating a preference of each user on the basis of the evaluation information extracted by the evaluation information extracting unit 33 and an item characteristic amount indicating a characteristic of the item. A space creating unit 224 creates a space in which the user is located, according to the preference information. A display control unit 225 controls display of the user located in the space, according to the space created by the space creating unit 224 and the preference information.
