<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which controls the content and output of an image data without operation by a user so that information leakage is prevented without placing the brunt of the burden on the user or a manager. <P>SOLUTION: If it is decided that a data concerning to control of image treatment is contained in a data from a portable terminal device which is received by a short distance means of communications using a communication setting information received by short distance means of communications, a treatment content carried out in a data treatment part or a printing part is controlled according to the content of the data. Hence, after the image forming apparatus and the portable terminal device are certainly connected in radio, output by the printing part of the data treated by the data treatment part according to the data concerning to control of image treatment is possible, and therefore as the content and the output of the image data controlled without operation by the user who walks around with the portable terminal device or the manager of the image forming apparatus, informational leakage is prevented without applying the burden to the user or the manager. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
