PURPOSE: A spraying system and a method for repairing construction using the same are provided to spray specific mortar such as neutralization mortar, prevention mortar and other kind of mortar or paint with transmission pressure of low pressure and an air of low pressure, thereby repairing the construction. CONSTITUTION: A spraying device and a repairing method for construction using the same includes a spraying nozzle main body(100), an air supply nozzle(200), a spraying nozzle(300), an air chamber(400), a pneumatic motor(500), rotary shaft. The spraying nozzle main body has a constant slop in lower side and a inflow hole(110) is formed to enable a mortar or pain to flow in. The air supply nozzle is screw-combined to outside of the vertical part of the spraying nozzle main body and the air is supplied. The spraying nozzle main body and the air supply nozzle are comprise in cylindrical shape. The spraying nozzle is screw-combined inner side of the air supply nozzle. The spraying nozzle has a tapper having inside diameter which is narrowed from one end to the other end. The air chamber is screw-combined to rear side of the spraying nozzle main body, and is comprised in cylindrical shape. The pneumatic motor is fix-installed to inner side of the air chamber. The rotation axis is comprised to rotation axis which is mounted to inner side of the spraying nozzle main body and is connected to the pneumatic motor at the same time. An outer air supply nozzle has a air inflowing hole(212) of branch pipe type which the constant length is projected to supply the air form lower part side and is arranged at the outside at the same time. An inner air supply nozzle has an air control valve on the side and is inserted to the inside of the outer supply nozzle. The inner/outer air supply nozzle is comprised in cylindrical shape.
