PURPOSE: The surface mounting substrate exerciser can reduce the cost for maintenance and repair and effort as obtain directly transfers the power of the drive motor after coupling to the ball screw. CONSTITUTION: In the first Y-axis frame, the first Y-axis guide rail is fixed. It can slide, the Y-axis guide block is settled on the first Y-axis guide rail. The Y-axis ball screw(115) is connected to the screw coupling method so that the Y-axis guide block be horizontally moved. The Y-axis motor rotates the Y-axis ball screw to the right backward.
