LENS SHEET, OPTICAL SHEET FOR DISPLAY, AND BACKLIGHT UNIT, EDGE LIGHT TYPE LIGHT GUIDE PLATE, AND DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin, high strength and high display quality optical sheet requiring no light diffusion film, wherein a lens sheet and a light diffusion layer are integrated; and to provide a backlight unit and a display device using the optical sheet.

SOLUTION: The lens sheet 1 includes a first lens array 3 formed on one base material and a second lens array 5 formed on respective lenses of the first array 3. The optical sheet 39 is formed by integrating the lens sheet 1 and a light diffusion layer 25 with one or more fixing element 29 in a gap between a light-incident surface 102 of the lens sheet 1 and a light-emitting surface 101 of the light diffusion plate 25. The backlight unit and display device use the optical sheet 39.
