摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte fuel cell (SOFC) capable of shortening a starting time when restarting operation by carrying out restarting by SR in a form of positively utilizing residual heat instead of skipping ATR of a normal starting time when restarting in shutdown from high temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte fuel cell has a fuel battery cell 84 arranged in a fuel cell module 2, a reformer 20, a reformer temperature sensor 148 and a power generating chamber sensor 142 to detect reformable reformed state temperature in this reformer, and a control part 110 to control operation of the fuel cell module. In a state that shutdown of operation of the fuel cell module from a high temperature state, in the case restarting of operation is carried out when the reformed state temperature is in an ATR temperature band of the normal starting time, this control part carries out restarting control by SR by skipping the ATR of the normal starting time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
