PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality of a stand switch itself. SOLUTION: A first stand switch 43A for detecting only a storage state and a second stand switch 43B for detecting only a rising state, are arranged by two in a pair. Assuming ON of the respective stand switches as 0 and OFF as 1, a combination of states of both stand switches becomes 4 kinds of (0, 0), (0, 1), (1, 0) and (1, 1) in response to a rotation angle of the main stand. Among these, since a combination of (0, 0) does not exist theoretically, it is determined as abnormal. (0, 1) and (1, 0) are the storage state and the rising state, and (1, 1) is an intermediate state or abnormal. Thus, a stand position can be easily determined by discriminating a pattern of combining respective stand signals, and abnormality and operation time of the stand switch itself and abnormality of the stand can be discriminated.
